Because the all-electric F-150 Lightning features available Ford Intelligent Backup Power that can provide full-home power for up to three days on a fully charged battery, or as long as ten days if rationing power. * Combined with the available 80-amp Ford Charge Station Pro, this control over your home energy is good at the best of times, but essential when power outages are a reality.

ENHANCED PRO POWER ONBOARD

The 2022 F-150 Lightning features Pro Power Onboard with 9.6kW of exportable power, including ten 120V outlets: four in the bed, two in the cab and four in the front trunk, plus a 240V/30-amp outlet in the bed. Standard on XLT, LARIAT, and Platinum.

BLUECRUISE

Available BlueCruise* is an advanced technology that uses a driver-facing camera and radar sensing technologies that allows for hands-free driving on prequalified sections of divided highways. These are called Hands-Free Blue Zones that make up over 160,000 km of North American roads.

PHONE AS A KEY

No more fumbling for a fob. With the available Phone As A Key feature you can access and start your F-150 Lightning with nothing but your phone. Activate welcome mode, open windows, lower your available Power Tailgate or engage the remote start feature without the need for a physical key fob. You can even connect up to four profiles, so your entire household has access. *

FORD INTELLIGENT BACKUP POWER

Available Ford Intelligent Backup Power allows the vehicle owner to use their truck as a backup power source to their home during a power outage. * The power transfer can be triggered automatically or manually based on customer preference. PRO TRAILER HITCH ASSIST

Available Pro Trailer Hitch Assist helps you get hooked up by automatically controlling the steering, throttle and braking to align the hitch ball and trailer coupler. All the driver needs to do is hold down a button and control the gear shifter. The driver is then alerted to make sure that the coupler is high enough to clear the hitch ball. Once the two are aligned, the truck stops and you lower the trailer onto the tow ball.

ONBOARD SCALES

This feature offers an available scale and additive mass feature that measures payload weight automatically. It then displays the approximate weight of payload in the truck. Load information is displayed in the centre touch screen with a graphic representation of the truck and through the FordPass app . Additionally, the truck can be set on scale mode, which zeroes out the current load and allows for approximate weighing of additional items loaded into the pickup.

SMART HITCH

Available Smart Hitch is designed to help customers easily load trailers and practice confident towing. Available Smart Hitch measures the tongue weight of a trailer being connected to help the customer distribute trailer weight correctly. After the trailer is set up in the centre touch screen, Smart Hitch calculates its appropriate tongue weight and provides guidance on weight distribution or hitch overloading on the screen or on the FordPass app. The truck will indicate if the current hitch weight is too high or low, and can even guide owners through properly tensioning a weight redistributing hitch.

PRO TRAILER BACKUP ASSIST

Available Pro Trailer Backup Assist makes reversing your trailer easier. Just turn the knob in the direction you want your trailer to go and the system takes over and does it for you. You can also store information on multiple trailers in the system for even greater ease of use.

TRAILER REVERSE GUIDANCE

Available Trailer Reverse Guidance offers multiple camera views with visual guides on your touchscreen to make it easier to back a trailer into a location.

And the available Tailgate Work Surface holds up its end of the bargain — built with durable composite construction materials, clamp pockets, tailgate tie-downs and a spread of other practical details that simplify and support your work. The flat surface is a perfect space to write, measure and cut. It’s grained to avoid slippage and integrated with functional tools like rulers, a mobile device holder, a cupholder and small-item storage. Standard on XLT, LARIAT, and Platinum.

ENHANCED ZONE LIGHTING

FRONT TRUNK
